Browsing candidate profiles and interviewing candidates is free of charge and does not create an obligation. If you move forward with a candidate you would enter into a contract. We’d be happy to explain the details.

How does pricing work?

If you add a candidate to your business, you pay a monthly fee to Simera plus the worker’s pay. The fee covers payment processing, benefits administration, administrative services, and more.
